Safari TP 116 Released, Includes Major Updates for Web Audio API

Safari Technology Preview 116 was released on 19th November, 2020. Major web platform updates in this version include :

• AudioWorklet API is enabled. This API allows audio processing to be performed in a separate thread, rather than the main Javascript thread.
• MediaRecorder API is enabled. This API can record media from a live camera or microphone. Media can be saved to appropriate file formats.
• Support for the individual CSS transform properties — translate, rotate & scale.
• CSS flex-grow property is animatable.
